当前新一轮科技和产业革命席卷全球,高新技术蓬勃发展及其交叉融合、群体发展的协同效应,为石油工业跨界创新、技术融合提供了新机遇。介绍了国际大石油公司与油服公司的跨界创新实践,包括与ICT、医疗等多行业合作的典型案例及创新机制。壳牌设立技术工坊项目,旨在利用其他行业的成熟技术跨界合作,促进公司技术及解决方案从示范阶段向推广应用阶段转变。健康的创新生态系统是实现跨界创新的基本前提,鼓励创新的文化与管理机制是促进跨界创新的基础条件。新形势下,我国石油企业需要强化跨界创新意识,打破石油系统的封闭性和局限性,持续推进开放式创新;练好内功,提升基础管理能力,实现内部知识与数据共享;鼓励创新文化,建立跨界创新机制。

A new round of technological and industrial revolution is sweeping the globe at the present time.Crossdisciplinary integration and synergetic effect of flourishing new technology provide the new opportunities for the petroleum industry to make cross-disciplinary innovation and technological integration.This paper introduces cross-disciplinary innovation practice of international petroleum majors and oilfield service giants,including typical cooperation with ICT and medical industries as well as the innovation mechanisms.Shell launched the Shell Techworks Project,aiming to use mature technologies of other industries for cross-disciplinary cooperation and accelerate transformation of the company’s technologies and solutions from the demonstration stage to the popularization and application stage.The healthy ecological system for innovation is the fundamental precondition for realization of cross-disciplinary innovation.The innovation encouragement culture and the management mechanism are the basic condition for promotion of cross-disciplinary innovation.Under the new situation,China’s petroleum enterprises should strengthen their cross-disciplinary innovation awareness,break closure and limitation of the petroleum system,improve basic management ability,share internal knowledge and data,encourage the innovation culture,and establish the new mechanism for cross-disciplinary innovation.
