摘要
以非典型肺炎、埃博拉病毒病、新冠肺炎为代表的突发未知传染病,正威胁着现代人的生存与发展。这些疾病的爆发也使人类在长期防疫实践中建构起来的防治体系与机制暴露出一系列漏洞或缺陷。从技术哲学视角审视突发未知传染病的现行防治体系结构与运行机制,探寻改进和完善它的对策措施,有助于提高应对突发未知传染病的针对性、实际效果和效率。
Sudden unknown infectious diseases,such as atypical pneumonia,Ebola virus disease and COVID-19,are threatening the survival and development of modem people.The explosive of these unknown infectious diseases has exposed a series of loopholes or defects in the prevention and control system and mechanism constructed by humans in long-term epidemic prevention practices.Examining the structure of current prevention and control system and operating mechanism of sudden unknown infectious diseases,and exploring countermeasures to improve the system will help improve the relevance,effectiveness and efficiency of responding to sudden unknown infectious diseases from the perspective of technical philosophy.
