基于nrDNA-ITS片段的16份木耳属物种鉴定 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]本文旨在阐明山西木耳属物种资源状况。[方法]本文采用基于nrDNA-ITS片段的分子系统学方法对采自山西各地的16份木耳属Auricularia物种样本(野生或栽培)进行研究。[结果]结果表明,这16份木耳样本分属于木耳属Auricularia的3个不同物种,即毛木耳Auricularia cornea(2份样本,1份野生样本和1份人工种植的白色木耳品种)、黑木耳A.heimuer(12份样本,4份野生样本和8份人工种植的黑木耳样本)和短毛木耳A.villosula(2份样本,均为野生样本)。[结论]这3个物种均为山西省首次记录。此前文献中记录木耳A.auricula、多毛木耳A.polytricha和皱木耳A.delicata在山西本地有分布,但本研究引证的山西样本没有匹配到这3个物种。 [Objective]Present study was aimed to elucidate the resource status of the commercially important genus Auricularia in Shanxi province,[Methods]In the present study,nrDNA-ITS sequence based molecular analysis was conducted to analyzed 16 samples collected across the province(both cultivated and wild).[Results]The phylogenetic analysis revealed that these samples belonged to three different species of Auricularia,including Auricularia cornea(one wild type,one cultivated white agaria variety),A.heimuer(4 wild and 8 cultivated black fungus samples)and A.villosula(2 wild type samples).[Conclusion]To the best of our knowledge,this is the first time that the identified three species were reported in Shanxi Province based on phylogeny and morphology studies.The previous literatures documented the distribution of A.auricula,A.deli⁃cata and A.polytricha in Shanxi Province,however,none of them was been traced by molecular evidence in this study.
