香芍颗粒联合坤泰胶囊治疗经前期综合征的疗效及对血清神经递质的影响

Efficacy of Xiangshao Granules combined with Kuntai Capsules for treating premenstrual syndrome and its influence on serum neurotransmitters

目的观察香芍颗粒联合坤泰胶囊治疗经前期综合征(PMS)的疗效及对血清神经递质的影响。方法将120例PMS患者随机分为对照组和研究组,各60例。对照组患者给予坤泰胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合香芍颗粒治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组患者临床疗效、中医症状评分及血清神经递质水平,记录两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后两组患者乳房胀痛、烦躁易怒、小腹胀痛、胸闷胁胀、精神抑郁、头晕头痛、夜眠多梦等症状评分、血清5-羟色胺、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组疗效优于对照组,总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比无差异(P>0.05)。结论香芍颗粒联合坤泰胶囊治疗PMS,可改善患者临床症状,降低血清神经递质水平,且用药安全性好,疗效确切,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Xiangshao Granules combined with Kuntai Capsules for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome(PMS)and its influence on serum neurotransmitters.Methods A total of 120 patients with PMS were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and study group(n=60).Patients in the control group were treated with Kuntai Capsules,and patients in the study group were given combined therapy of Xiangshao Granules on the basis of the therapy in the control group,both groups were treated for 8 consecutive weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptom scores,and serum neurotransmitter levels were compared between the two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were recorded in the two groups.Results After treatment,lower scores for symptoms such as breast swelling pain,irritability and irritability,abdominal swelling pain,chest pressure and swelling,mental depression,dizziness and headache,and late sleep and dreaminess,as well as decreased levels of serum 5-hydroxytryptamine,epinephrine and norepinephrine were observed in both groups as compared with the pretherapeutic,and the study group had lower indices than the control group(P<0.05).The study group achieved superior efficacy and higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiangshao Granules combined with Kuntai Capsules can improve patients'clinical symptoms and reduce serum neurotransmitters level in the treatment of PMS,with favorable safety in medication and a definite efficacy,and it has certain clinical application value.
