结合产业运营的特色小城镇城市设计研究——以长春市合心镇为例

RESEARCH ON URBAN DESIGN OF SMALL TOWNS COMBINED WITH INDUSTRIAL OPERATION--TAKING HEXIN TOWN OF CHANGCHUN CITY AS AN EXAMPLE

文中结合产业运营的视角,对长春市合心国际轨道交通文化特色镇城市设计的成果编制进行思考,建构了空间的逻辑与运营的逻辑的双轴思维路径。文中提出了通过业态要素集聚形成激发小城镇的内生动力,实现产城融合的空间承载;系统梳理产业业态关系,依托资源禀赋对小城镇空间组织进行系统织补;进而将城市空间结构结合产业运营的设计指引纳入城市设计导则的编制内容之中。

From the industrial operation perspective,the results of urban design of HexinInternational Rail-transit Cultural Town in Changchun City was considered,whichconstructs a two-axis thinking path of spatial logic and operational logic.This paper proposes the formation of endogenous motivation to stimulate small towns through the aggregation of format elements to realize the space bearing of industry-city integration.In addition,the relationship between industrial forms was systematically sorted outassuring the supplement the spatial organization of small towns based on resource endowment.Furthermore,the design guidelines of combining urban spatial structure with industrial operation are incorporated into the compilation of urban design.
