摘要
冬季路面结冰会使路面的摩擦系数降低,容易发生交通事故。通过制备相变温度在0~5℃的相变材料,可以延缓路面结冰。文中以癸酸和辛酸(质量比3:7)作为相变材料,添加金属粉末、纳米材料和石墨粉可以改善复合相变材料的热物性。试验表明在相变材料中掺入0.2%的铜粉、0.2%的氧化铁、0.4%的氧化铝、15%的石墨粉时,相变材料的性能改善效果较好。
In winter, the frozen icewill reduce the friction coefficient of the road surface, which is prone to traffic accidents. By preparing a phase change material with a phase change temperature of 0-5 ℃, the icing of the road surface can be delayed. In this paper, decanoic acid and caprylic acid(mass ratio 3: 7) are used as phase change materials. The results show that the addition of metal powder, nanomaterials, and graphite powder can improve the thermophysical properties of composite phase change materials. Furthermore, when 0.2% copper powder,0.2% iron oxide, 0.4% alumina, and 15% graphite powder are mixed in the phase change material, the performance improvement effect of the phase change material is better.
