严寒地区铁路箱梁冬期施工温控实例分析

THERMAL CONTROL APPROACHES FOR THE WINTER CONSTRUCTION OF THE RAILWAY-BEAM PREFABRICATED FACTORY IN COLD REGIONS

针对严寒地区铁路梁场生产需求,提出了具体的冬期施工方案,确定了从原材料、混凝土拌合与运输、箱梁浇筑与养护、压浆封锚等全过程的温度控制措施,并给出了混凝土冬期施工质量管控措施。文中冬期施工所采取的温控措施,可为后续严寒或寒冷地区类似梁场的冬期生产提供参考借鉴。

In terms of the requirements of the railway-beam prefabricated factory,the winter construction strategy is deployed.The thermal control approaches are identified for the raw materials,mixture and transportation of the concrete,casting and curing of the box beam,and grouting anchor.Also,the general quality control techniques are discussed in detail.The thermal control approach presented in this case can benefits the similar winter construction engineering of the railway-beam prefabricated factory.
