商用车后下部防护装置的有限元仿真分析 被引量:3

摘要 基于GB 11567-2017对汽车及挂车后下部防护装置的技术要求,应用动态非线性有限元法,通过Hyperworks软件建立某商用车后下部防护装置的静态加载和碰撞2种有限元仿真模型,运用Ls-dyna软件求解计算。针对原方案中后下部防护装置阻挡功能不足的缺点,提出了2种不同形式的侧支撑臂改进方案。结果表明,改进方案2满足国标要求,移动壁障的水平钻入量相较于原方案减少了23.2%,有效提高小轿车乘员的生存能力。 Based on the GB11567—2017 for the technical requirements of the rear underrun protection device of car and trailer,the dynamic nonlinear finite element method was used to establish two finite element simulation models of static loading and collision of a rear protection device of a commercial vehicle through Hyperworks.Ls-dyna was used to solve the calculation.Aiming at the defect of insufficient blocking function of the rear underrun protection device in the original scheme,two different improvement schemes of the side support arm were proposed.The results show that the second improved scheme meets the requirements of the national standard,and the horizontal penetration of the mobile barrier is reduced by 23.2%compared with the original scheme,which is beneficial to improve the survivability of the passengers of the car.
