通过对各层次规划编制、标准制定,以及生态城市和生态街区的实施计划,法国系统性地推动可持续城市化的进程,取得了显著效果,其理念和实践在全球的可持续城市化领域具有示范意义。通过分析法国可持续发展导向下的城市化发展模式以及国土空间规划编制和实施方面的举措,为我国可持续城市化发展提供经验借鉴,认为需要通过城市发展模式转型、发挥国土空间规划的引领作用、综合专业技术力量和推动公众参与等手段,共同推进我国可持续城市化发展。

In France,sustainable development is indispensable to urbanization.By all levels of planning making,standard establishment,and the implementation of Eco-city and Eco-quartier,sustainable urbanization is systemically promoted and demonstrated significance in the field of global sustainable urbanization.By analyzing the sustainable urbanization mode and methods of territory spatial planning and the implementation in France,this paper provides experience for the sustainable urbanization in China.It points out that it is necessary to promote the sustainable urbanization development process in the future by comprehensive means,such as the transformation of urban development mode,playing the leading role of territorial and spatial planning,integrating professional capabilities,and promoting public participation.
