冠状动脉慢血流危险因素及其临床诊疗进展

Risk Factors and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Coronary Slow Flow Phenomenon

随着冠脉造影技术的不断普及,冠状动脉慢血流现象(CSFP)检出率不断增加。虽然CSFP发病机制尚不明确,但其危险因素分析及其针对性治疗措施的研究受到临床重视,对防治CSFP引发的心血管事件,甚至心梗和猝死起到积极作用。本文对此进展进行简要综述。

With the popularization of coronary angiography technology,the detection rate of coronary slow flow phenomenon(CSFP)is increasing.Although the pathogenesis of CSFP is not clear,the analysis of its risk factors and the study of targeted treatment measures have been paid more attention in clinical practice,which plays a positive role in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events,even myocardial infarction and sudden death caused by CSFP.This paper gives a brief review of this progress.
