摘要 车体是铁路货车重要的承载结构,必须确保有足够的刚度与强度;货车的轻量化设计可以减少能耗和原材料使用,提高使用寿命增加运量,具有重要的经济和技术意义。通过研究计算为车体系统的优化设计提出建议。对漏斗车车体建立有限元模型;根据TB/T1335-1996标准,针对漏斗车车体静强度分析,确定了相应组合工况;运用abaqus计算车体静强度、刚度和模态;对底门进行轻量化结构设计与计算。对计算结果进行研究分析得出车体强度刚度满足要求;车体模态满足动态要求;通过轻量化研究计算,实现底门减重42%,效果较好。 Car body is a important bearing structure of railway freight cars,which must ensure sufficient stiffness and strength.The lightweight design of freight cars can reduce energy consumption and raw material use,improve service life and increase traffic volume,which has important economic and technical significance.From the research and analysis,putting forward suggestions for optimum design of vehicle body system.Establishing the finite element model of funnel car body,working out the combined working conditions of static strength and stiffness analysis of the car body according to the TB/T1335-1996;carrying out the static strength,stiffness and modal calculation;finishing the lightweight structure design and calculation for the bottom door.Doing the research and analysis to the result,it’s shown that:(1)the strength and stiffness of the car body meet the requirements;(2)the modal of the car body meets the dynamic requirements;(3)through lightweight research and calculation,the weight of the bottom door is effective reduced by 42%.
