黄河流域绿色水资源效率及空间驱动因素研究 被引量:26

摘要 建立SBM-Undesirable模型对2003-2017年黄河流域绿色水资源效率的时空演变规律进行实证分析,并借助空间杜宾模型(SDM)揭示其空间驱动因素。研究表明:(1)从时空分布角度分析,2003-2017年黄河流域绿色水资源效率随时间出现轻微下降趋势,区域性差异明显。其中上中游流域绿色水资源效率的变化趋势呈“N”型;中下游流域绿色水资源效率的变化趋势呈“M”型。(2)从驱动因素角度分析,驱动因子对黄河流域绿色水资源效率的影响存在空间异质性。黄河流域9个省份的绿色水资源效率受到本地经济发展水平、水资源占用量、水资源利用结构、水资源污染程度、产业集聚程度的显著影响,科技创新、环境规制、政府影响力、城镇化和年末常住人口对绿色水资源效率影响不显著。本地区绿色水资源效率还会受到邻近地区经济发展水平、水资源污染程度的显著影响。基于研究结论,对黄河流域推动水资源绿色、高效利用提出了相关建议。 SBM-Undesirable model is established for the Yellow River Basin from 2003 to 2017 space-time evolution law of the green water efficiency to carry out an empirical analysis,and reveals the space with the Doberman model(SDM)driver.The results show that:(1)from the perspective of spatial and temporal distribution,the green water resources efficiency in the Yellow River Basin showed a slight decline with time from 2003 to 2017,with significant regional differences.The variation trend of green water resource efficiency in upper and middle reaches is“N”type.The variation trend of green water resources efficiency in middle and lower reaches is“M”.(2)From the perspective of driving factors,spatial heterogeneity exists in the impact of driving factors on green water resources efficiency in the Yellow River Basin.The Yellow River Basin in nine provinces of green water efficiency by local economic development level,the structure of the water footprint,water resource utilization,water pollution,the significant effect of industry cluster,technological innovation,environmental regulation,government influence,at the end of urbanization and the population of permanent residents shed no significant impact on the efficiency of green water.The efficiency of green water resources in this region will also be significantly affected by the level of economic development and water resource pollution in neighboring regions.Based on the research conclusions,the paper puts forward relevant suggestions for promoting the green and efficient utilization of water resources in the Yellow River Basin.
