2009-2018年商洛市儿童青少年法定传染病监测结果分析

Analysis on surveillance results of notifiable infectious diseases among children and adolescents in Shangluo from 2009 to 2018

目的分析2009-2018年商洛市0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病的监测结果,为儿童青少年传染病防控提供依据。方法采用描述性流行病学方法对2009-2018年商洛市0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病的发病情况进行统计分析。结果2009-2018年商洛市报告0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病24种,共计70411例,年平均发病率为1589.31/10万,总体呈平稳趋势。发病位于前5位的病种为手足口病、感染性腹泻、细菌性痢疾、流行性感冒、流行性腮腺炎。男性发病率高于女性(P<0.05)。0~4岁组发病率最高,10~14岁组发病率最低。传播途径以消化道传播(76.28%)和呼吸道传播(21.01%)为主。结论2009-2018年商洛市0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病发病率总体呈平稳趋势,但防治工作仍然艰巨,须进一步加大对儿童青少年传染病的防控。

Objective To analyze the surveillance results of notifiable infectious diseases among children and adolescents in Shangluo city from 2009 to 2018,and provide evidence for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in children and adolescents.Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases among children and adolescents aged 0-24 years in Shangluo from 2009 to 2018.Results There were 24 kinds of notifiable infectious diseases reported among children and adolescents aged 0-24 years in Shangluo from 2009 to 2018,totally 70411 cases.The average annual incidence was 1589.31/100000 people and the overall incidence trend was generally stable.The top 5 diseases were hand,foot and mouth disease,infectious diarrhea,bacterial dysentery,influenza and mumps.A higher incidence was observed in male than that in female(P<0.05).The incidence was the highest in the age group of 0-4 years old and the lowest in the age group of 10-14 years old.The main routes of transmission were gastrointestinal trasmission(76.28%)and respiratory trasmission(21.01%).Conclusions The overall incidence of notifiable infectious diseases among children and adolescents aged 0-24 years in Shangluo from 2009 to 2018 is generally stable.But the prevention and control work is still arduous.It is necessary to further strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases among children and adolescents.
