摘要
流感病毒具高传染性、高变异性,长期以来持续跨界传播,严重威胁着公共卫生安全并导致巨大经济损失,准确检测和早期诊断是有效防控流感的关键。传统的诊断方法包括病毒分离、血凝/血凝抑制、琼脂扩散、酶联免疫吸附试验和免疫荧光技术等,为改善传统诊断方法的局限性,目前,基于核酸、免疫学、生物传感器、生物芯片的新兴诊断方法正在发展。论文综述了流感新兴诊断方法的研究进展,为流感诊断相关研究提供参考。
Influenza virus is highly contagious and highly variable,remains a global burden on public health,and results in huge losses to global economies.For a long time,influenza virus continued transboundary spread.Accurate detection and early diagnosis of influenza viral infections are critical for control of influenza.The conventional detection methods include virus isolation,hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition assay,agar gel immunodiffusion tests,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays,immunofluorescence assays,etc.Currently,emerging diagnostic methods based on nucleic acid,immunology,biosensor and biochip are being developed to overcome the limitations associated with the traditional methods.The review discussed the research progress of diagnostic approaches for detection of influenza viruses to provide guidance for the research on influenza diagnosis.
