高透明紫外阻断ZnO凝胶膜的制备及性能表征 被引量:2

摘要 以醋酸锌和二乙醇胺为原料,在异丙醇体系中成功合成ZnO稳定溶胶,采用提拉法在石英基底上沉积ZnO薄膜,经450℃热处理后得到晶化ZnO薄膜。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射谱和紫外-可见透射光谱对ZnO薄膜的结构组成和光学性能进行表征。利用Cody-Lorentz模型分析薄膜的透射光谱,获得膜层的厚度和光学常数。研究发现,ZnO薄膜在紫外光区和可见光区的平均透射率分别为2.13%和89.39%。为了评价溶胶的稳定性,同一提拉速度下每隔5 d进行一次薄膜镀制。结果表明,溶胶陈化25 d,ZnO薄膜厚度由354.2 nm增至389.0 nm,紫外线屏蔽性能逐渐增强,并能维持可见光区平均透射率高于86%。 A stable ZnO sol was successfully synthesized in isopropyl alcohol,with zinc acetate and diethanolamine as reactants.Thin films of the ZnO were deposited on quartz substrates,and then crystallized by a heat treatment at 450℃.Microstructures and optical properties of the ZnO gel films were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction.Film thicknesses and optical constants were determined by fitting transmittance spectra of the films with the Cody-Lorentz model.It is found that the average transmittance of the ZnO films in the ultraviolet and visible regions are 2.13%and 89.39%,respectively.To evaluate the stability of the ZnO sol,the films were deposited every 5 days at a same dip speed.The results show that,when the aging time of the sol reaches to 25 days,the UV shielding performance of the ZnO films gradually improves with film thickness increasing from 354.2 nm to 389.0 nm,and the average transmittance in visible region remains higher than 86%.
