摘要
旅游业的高速发展离不开素质良好的旅游人才,但是现实中,旅游人才的忠诚度往往较低,对旅游业的可持续发展带来了巨大的挑战。本研究采用层次分析法,厘清旅游人才忠诚度培育的学校教育体系,提出了基于云南少数民族学生特色的“本土文化培育”内容,为民族地区旅游人才忠诚度培育提供一定的范式和对策。
The rapid development of tourism cannot be achieved without good-quality tourism talents,but in reality,the loyalty of tourism talents is often low,which poses a huge challenge to the sustainable development of tourism.This research adopts the analytic hierarchy process to clarify the school education system cultivated by the loyalty of tourism talents,and puts forward the content of“native culture cultivation”based on the characteristics of minority students in Yunnan,which provides a certain paradigm and countermeasures for the cultivation of loyalty of tourism talents in ethnic areas.
