C型独立舱液货罐热分析

摘要 对32 000 m^3液化气船C型独立舱中的1号液货罐进行漏热量分析(该液货罐的体积为9 416 m^3),对液货罐的筒体、封头、固定端鞍座、滑动端鞍座、止浮装置、气室和管路进行热分析,计算得到液货罐的漏热量为44.24 kW,液货蒸发量为8 025.7 kg/d,进而计算得到液货罐的静态日蒸发率为0.15%/d。在各漏热环节中,罐体的漏热量占75.1%,通过鞍座及两侧不规则绝热层的漏热量占19.4%,其他部分的漏热量占比均较小。 An analysis is carried out to make clear the heat leakage of No.1 liquid cargo tank(with a volume of 9416 m^3)in the 32000m3 type C independent tank,which includes thermal analysis of the tank cylinder,end socket,fixed end saddle,sliding end saddle,anti-floating devices,air chamber and the pipelines.Calculation shows that the heat leaked is 44.24kW,the liquid cargo evaporation is 8025.7 kg/d,and the static evaporation rate is 0.15%/d.Among the leakages,the tank body accounts for 75.1%,the saddles and the irregular insulation layers at both sides account for 19.4%,while the leakage from the rest components are not much.
