社会对应用型人才的要求越来越高,在国际交流的过程中发现英语专业学生的听、说、阅读、口译和跨文化的能力稍有欠缺,为了改变此状况,在课程内容及形式上做了调整。本文针对学生的问题,使用了切实可行的解决方法,并详细叙述了在教学过程中真正的实施措施。

In the process of international communication,English majors have some deficiencies in listening,speaking,reading,interpreting and cross-cultural abilities.In order to change this situation,teachers adjusted course contents and forms.This paper aims at solving students'problems and describes in detail how the implementation measures work in the process of teaching.
