竹屑流化床干燥特性研究

摘要 采用流化床干燥试验装置对竹屑进行干燥,测定了不同流化气速、不同进风温度下竹屑流化床干燥曲线。结果表明:采用流化床干燥竹屑,干燥时间短,干燥速度快。干燥速率随进风温度和气速的增加而增大,但当气速达到一定程度时,增大气速对干燥速率影响不大。通过对干燥过程模拟分析发现,干燥曲线符合Logarithmic模型,且干燥方程中的参数c(平衡含水量)主要受进风温度影响,参数a则主要受气速影响,进风温度和气速都对参数k(水分比的下降速率)有较大影响。 Using a fluidized bed drying test device to dry bamboo shavings,the bamboo shavings fluidized bed drying curves at different fluidizing gas velocities and different air inlet temperatures were measured.The results showed that drying bamboo shavings with fluidized bed,drying time was short and drying speed was fast.The drying rate increased with the increase of inlet air temperature and air velocity,but when the gas velocity to a certain extent,increasing air speed had a little effect on the drying rate.Through the dry process simulation analysis,it was found that the drying curve conformed to Logarithmic model.And the parameter c(equilibrium moisture content)was mainly affected by the inlet air temperature.The parameter a was mainly affected by the indignities speed.The parameter k(decrease rate of moisture contentrate)was greatly influenced by inlet air temperature and air velocity.
