摘要
基于结构稳定理论和力学分析及CMF设计三要素,采用大红酸枝木材设计制作了一款折叠式婴儿床,折叠后为婴儿手推车。针对红木较硬的特性,对婴儿床的连接部位进行了创新设计,避免五金件对红木的损害,延长产品的使用寿命。采用李克特量表法对该产品进行五个维度的评价,产品的安全性和使用持久性良好。该研究对于婴幼儿家具产品的设计具有借鉴意义。
Based on the structural stability theory and mechanical analysis and the three elements of CMF design,a foldable crib was designed and manufactured using scarlet rosewood wood.After folding,it was a stroller.In view of the harder characteristics of the mahogany,the connection part of foldable crib was innovatively designed to avoid the damage of the hardware to the mahogany and extend the service life of the product.Using the Likert scale method to evaluate the product in five dimensions,the product’s safety and durability are good.The research has reference significance for the design of infant furniture products.
