摘要
"十一五"和"十二五"时期是我国粮食生产由传统农业向现代农业转型的关键时期。该文利用Malmquist指数法对我国各玉米主产区在"十一五"和"十二五"时期的全要素生产率及其分解进行了回顾和实证分析,结果表明,"十一五"时期,全要素生产率排名靠前的玉米产区是江苏、山东和四川,各产区技术进步均呈现出下降趋势;"十二五"时期,排名靠前的产区是贵州、云南和江苏,黑龙江和新疆在这一阶段取得了一定的技术进步。
The 11th Five Year Plan and the 12th Five Year Plan are the key periods for the transformation of China′s grain production from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture.Malmquist index method is used to review and empirically analyze the TFP and its decomposition in the main corn producing areas of China during the 11th Five Year Plan and the 12th Five Year plan.The results show that in the 11th Five Year Plan period,Guizhou,Shandong and Sichuan were the top producing areas,technological progress in all production areas showed a downward trend.In the 12th Five Year Plan period,Jiangsu,Yunnan and Jiangsu were the top producing areas,and Heilongjiang and Xinjiang made some technological progress in this stage.
