对我国典型农地流转模式的运行机制及其优势与不足进行了总结和梳理,并对收益分配方式和运作风险进行了比较分析。研究表明:农地流转的未来发展要因地制宜,以保障农户权益为根本,以完善配套措施和建设中介组织为重点,逐步降低农地流转风险、规范农地流转市场。

This paper summarizes and sorts out the operation mechanism,advantage and disadvantage of the typical agriculture land circulation model in China,and makes a comparative analysis of the income distribution way and operation risk.The research shows that the future development of agricultural land circulation should be adapted to the local conditions,based on the protection of farmers′rights and interests,and should focus on improving supporting measures and building intermediary organizations,gradually reducing the risk and regulating the market of agricultural land circulation.
