摘要
当前的大物流运输环境下,产品的流通会经历一个复杂的物流运输过程。在这个过程中由于受到不同程度的振动与冲击,会对所运输的产品带来不同程度的损坏。针对这一问题,通过对多种不同随机激励下产生的振动疲劳损伤进行叠加,采用有限元仿真的手段,将累积损伤叠加后计算出运输过程中因外部激励对产品带来的损伤。结果表明缓冲结构可以满足运输过程中对产品的保护,该方法为多种运输方式累加情况下缓冲结构的可靠性分析提供了一种有效的评价方法。
In the current large logistics and transportation environment,the circulation of products is experiencing a complex logistics and transportation process.Subjected to vibration and shock in transportation process,the products will have different degrees of damage.In this paper,the vibration fatigue damages caused by different random excitation are superimposed.The cumulative damage is superimposed to obtain the damage caused by external excitation in the transportation process by means of finite element simulation.The results show that the buffer structure can meet the protection requirement of products in the process of transportation.This method provides an effective evaluation method for reliability analysis of buffer structures in the case of multiple transportation modes accumulation.
