摘要 噪声环境影响评价在城市轨道交通建设中是一个极为重要和必要的环节,而环评验收结果常常与环评预测结果存在差异。以轨道交通高架U型梁上钢轨噪声衰减规律的数值仿真结果为基准,对比分析HJ453—2008和HJ453—2018规范公式预测结果与数值仿真结果的差异以及新老规范的不同,得到如下结论:2008和2018规范对噪声衰减量绝对值的估计均过高;2018新规范与2008规范相比,对不同场点处的噪声预测值基本接近。 Noise environmental impact assessment is an extremely important and necessary process in the construction of urban rail transit traffic.However,the results of noise environment assessment are often different from those of the normative environment noise prediction.Based on the numerically simulated noise attenuation results of the rails on the U-shaped girder used in elevated rail transit lines,the difference among the prediction results of HJ453-2008 and HJ453-2018 standard formulas and the numerical simulation results is analyzed in this paper.It is concluded that both the 2008 and 2018 specifications overestimate the absolute value of the noise attenuation.Compared with the 2008 specification,the new 2018 specification gives similar prediction of sound pressure levels at different field points.
