运动干预对肥胖青少年血管生成素样蛋白8及血管内皮功能的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Exercise Intervention on Angiopoietin-like Protein 8 and Vascular Endothelial Function of Obese Adolescents

摘要 目的:研究运动干预对肥胖男性青少年血管生成素样蛋白8(ANGPTL8)与血管内皮功能的影响,探讨ANGPTL8在血管内皮功能变化中的可能作用。方法:选取42名肥胖男性青少年作为实验组(EG组),年龄15.9±2.25岁,体质指数(body mass index,BMI)为35.27±3.98 kg/m^2,对其进行6周运动干预。测定运动干预前后的身体形态、ANGPTL8、血脂和血管内皮功能水平,分析ANGPTL8与不同血脂状态下肥胖青少年血管内皮功能的关系。另招募10名体重正常的男性青少年作为对照组(CG组),不接受运动干预。结果:与干预前相比,肥胖男性青少年6周运动干预后身体形态指标、血脂指标和ANGPTL8水平均显著降低(其中腰臀比P<0.05,其余均P<0.01),血管内皮功能显著改善(P<0.01)。36名血脂异常的肥胖青少年运动干预前后的ANGPTL8变化与Δ体重(r=0.422,P<0.01)、ΔBMI(r=0.426,P<0.01)、Δ低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)(r=0.381,P<0.05)、Δ甘油三酯(TG)(r=0.398,P<0.05)、Δ总胆固醇(TC)(r=0.349,P<0.05)呈正相关关系,与Δ反应性充血指数(RHI)(r=-0.511,P<0.01)、Δ一氧化氮(NO)(r=-0.463,P<0.01)呈负相关关系。结论:运动干预能够有效降低肥胖男性青少年的ANGPTL8和血脂水平,有效改善血管内皮功能。对于血脂异常的肥胖青少年,ANGPTL8可能参与了运动对血管内皮功能的改善过程。 ObjectiveTo explore the effect of exercise intervention on angiopoietin-like protein 8(ANGPTL8) and vascular endothelial function of obese maleadolescents, and to explore the possible role of ANGPTL8 in the change of the vascular endothelial function.MethodsForty-two obese male adolescents were selected into the experimental group,while another 10 normal counterparts were chosen into the control group. The average age and body mass index of the experimental group were 15.9 ±2.25 years old and 35.27 ± 3.98 kg/m^2 respectively. The experimental group underwent 6-week exercise,while the control group did not do any exercise. Before and after the exercise intervention the body shape,ANGPTL8,blood lipid and vascular endothelial function were measured,and the relationship between ANGPTL8 and vascular endothelial function was analyzed.ResultsAfter 6-week intervention,the average body shape index(waist-hip ratio P<0.05),blood lipid index and ANGPTL8 level of the experimental group decreased significantly(P<0.01),and the vascular endothelial function improved significantly(P<0.01). The average ΔANGPTL8 of 36 dyslipidemia obese adolescents showed positive correlation with ΔBW(body weight)(r=0.422,P<0.01),ΔBMI(r=0.426,P<0.01),ΔLDL-C(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol)(r=0.381,P<0.05),ΔTG(triglyceride)(r=0.398,P<0.05) and ΔTC(total cholesterol)(r=0.349,P<0.05),but negative correlation with ΔRHI(reactive hyperemia index)(r=-0.511,P<0.01) and ΔNO(nitric oxide)(r=-0.463,P<0.01).ConclusionExercise intervention can effectively reduce ANGPTL8 and blood lipid levels of obese male adolescents,effectively improving vascular endothelial function. For obese adolescents with dyslipidemia,ANGPTL8 may be involved in the improvement of endothelial function duringthe exercise.
