藤黄健骨丸联合关节镜手术治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on Tenghuang Jiangu Pills Combined with Arthroscopic Surgery for Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察藤黄健骨丸联合关节镜手术治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法:选择106例接受手术治疗的KOA患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组进行关节镜手术治疗结合功能锻炼,观察组在对照组治疗基础上使用藤黄健骨丸,对比2组治疗效果。结果:术后2个月,2组膝关节疼痛程度均降低(P<0.05),观察组的降低幅度大于对照组(t=6.509,P<0.05);2组膝关节功能均改善(P<0.05),观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(t=-5.656,P<0.05);2组生活质量均改善(P<0.05),观察组的改善幅度大于对照组(t=-5.815,P<0.05)。结论:藤黄健骨丸联合关节镜手术治疗KOA,可以促进患者术后恢复,提升治疗效果。

Objective:To observe the effect of Tenghuang Jiangu pills combined with arthroscopic surgery for knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients with KOA who received surgery,and divided them into the control group and the observation group according to random number table,53 cases in each group.The control group received arthroscopic surgery combined with functional exercise,while the observation group additionally received Tenghuang Jiangu pills.Compared the curative effect between the two groups.Results:In the 2 nd month after operation,the degree of knee joint pain in both groups was decreased(P<0.05),and the degree of knee joint pain in the observation group was decreased more obviously than that in the control group(t=6.509,P<0.05);knee joint function in both groups was improved(P<0.05),and knee joint function in the observation group was improved more obviously than that in the control group(t=-5.656,P<0.05);the quality of life in both groups was improved(P<0.05),and the quality of life in the observation group was improved more obviously than that in the control group(t=-5.815,P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Tenghuang Jiangu pills combined with arthroscopic surgery has good effect in treating KOA,which can promote postoperative recovery and improve the curative effect.
