疏肝益阳胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗早泄临床研究 被引量:3

Clinical Study on Shugan Yiyang Capsules Combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets for Premature Ejaculation

摘要 目的:观察疏肝益阳胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗早泄的临床疗效。方法:选择早泄患者94例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各47例。对照组给予盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上口服疏肝益阳胶囊。比较2组临床疗效,评价患者性功能(CIPE-5)和阴道内射精潜伏期(IELT),检测血清瘦素和5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平、精浆酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和α-葡萄糖苷酶(α-Glu)水平变化及不良反应。结果:观察组总有效率为93.62%,高于对照组72.34%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CIPE-5评分和IELT较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组CIPE-5评分和IELT高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组血清瘦素水平较治疗前降低,而5-HT水平较治疗前升高;观察组血清瘦素水平低于对照组,而5-HT水平高于对照组;差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组精浆ACP和α-Glu水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),且观察组精浆ACP和α-Glu水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为8.51%,低于对照组31.91%(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝益阳胶囊联合盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗早泄疗效较好,可降低血清瘦素水平,提高血清5-HT及精浆ACP和α-Glu水平,且不良反应少,用药安全性良好。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Yiyang capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets for premature ejaculation.Methods:A total of 94 cases of patients with premature ejaculation were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally given oral administration of Shugan Yiyang capsules based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect in the two groups was compared,Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation(CIPE-5)and intravaginal ejaculation latency time(IELT)were evaluated,and the levels of leptin and 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in serum,the changes of the levels of acid phosphatase(ACP)andα-glucosidase(α-Glu)in seminal plasma as well as the adverse reactions were detected.Results:The total effective rate was 93.62%in the observation group,higher than that of 72.34%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,CIPE-5 scores and IELT in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of leptin in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,while 5-HT levels were increased when compared with those before treatment;the level of leptin in serum in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,while 5-HT level was higher than that in the control group;differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ACP andα-Glu in seminal plasma in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.51%,lower than that of 31.91%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Shugan Yiyang capsules combined with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets has good curative effect in treating premature ejaculation,which can reduce the level of leptin in serum,improve the levels of 5-HT in serum and ACP andα-Glu in seminal plasma,with few adverse reactions and good medication safety.
