摘要
本文结合已完成的多项高层建筑物基础加固案例,分析了既有高层建筑物基础承载力不足、沉降不均匀的原因,对既有高层建筑物的基础加固方法进行了探讨及研究,通过对不同桩型承载力取值分析及变刚度调平方法的反演分析,比较合理地判断了建筑物加固前、后桩基受力状况及沉降特点,解决了多种桩型在基础加固设计、施工过程中遇到的难点,提出了相应的解决措施。在基础加固设计施工过程中,引入被动纠偏方法,改善了建筑物的差异沉降状况。
Based on a number of completed high-rise building foundation reinforcement cases,the causes of insufficient bearing capacity,uneven settlement and foundation reinforcement methods of existing highrise buildings are analysed in this paper. Through the bearing capacity analysis of different pile types and the inversion analysis of varying stiffness leveling,the stress state and settlement characteristics of the pile foundation before and after the reinforcement of the building are reasonably determined,and the difficulties encountered in the design and construction of the foundation reinforcement of various pile types and the corresponding solutions are solved. In the process of foundation reinforcement design and construction,the passive rectifying method is introduced to improve the differential settlement of buildings.
