摘要
伴有泪沟畸形的下睑袋对患者的面容美观及心理健康均产生不同程度影响。下睑整形治疗于上世纪兴起,伴随泪沟畸形的下睑袋整形手术治疗理念和方式均不断发展,除了手术治疗外,其他的治疗方式如激光治疗、自体脂肪移植填充、透明质酸及其他物质的填充治疗也各有其优势及特点,并取得不错的治疗效果。本文就伴有泪沟畸形的下睑袋整形治疗的进展进行综述。
The lower palpebral bags with tear trough deformity has different degrees of influence on the facial appearance and mental health of the patient.The lower eyelid blepharoplasty has been developed in the last century,and the concept and method of blepharoplasty for the lower palpebral bags with tear trough deformity have been continuously developed.In addition to surgical treatment,other treatments such as laser treatment,autologous fat transplantation,hyaluronic acid and other substances injections have their own advantages and characteristics,and have achieved good result.In this paper,the progress of the treatment for the lower palpebral bags with tear trough deformity was reviewed.
