Objective To explore the effect of nutrition monitoring during pregnancy on reducing the incidence of diabetes during pregnancy. Methods From March 2018 to November 2018,88 pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the research object. The random number table method was used to group 88 pregnant women into the experimental group and the control group, with 44 pregnant women in each group.44 pregnant women in the group were monitored during pregnancy and 44 pregnant women in the control group were subjected to routine obstetric examination. The incidence of diabetes and the knowledge rate of nutritional knowledge among pregnant women in the experimental group and the control group were compared. Results The incidence of diabetes in pregnant women in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group. The incidence of diabetes in pregnant women in the experimental group was lower,P<0.05 was statistically significant. The awareness rate of pregnant women's nutritional knowledge in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group. The pregnant group's awareness of nutritional knowledge was higher in the experimental group,P<0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion The use of pregnancy nutrition monitoring in pregnant women can effectively reduce the incidence of gestational diabetes and increase the awareness rate of nutritional knowledge, which has use value.
