儿童保健联合健康生活方式对性早熟的影响

The Influence of Children's Health Care Combined With Healthy Life Style on Precocious Puberty

目的探究儿童保健联合健康生活方式干预对性早熟的影响。方法选取医院健康体检2~10岁的儿童362例,于2018年1月-2019年11月入院,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组181例,对照组为常规儿童保健干预,观察组为儿童保健联合健康生活方式干预,比较两组儿童家属干预前、后的性早熟知识知晓度、儿童健康生活方式评分及性早熟发生率。结果经指导干预后,观察组儿童家属性早熟相关知识知晓度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组儿童健康生活方式评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组儿童性早熟事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经儿童保健、健康生活方式干预,儿童家属性早熟相关知识知晓度显著提升,有效预防性早熟事件的发生,为预防及治疗儿童性早熟提供可靠依据。

Objective To explore the effect of children's health care combined with healthy lifestyle intervention on precocious puberty.Methods 362 children aged 2~10 years were selected for physical examination in our hospital.They were admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to November 2019.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,181 cases in each group.The control group was the routine child health intervention.The observation group was the combination of child health care and healthy lifestyle intervention.The family members’awareness of sexual precocity knowledge and the children’s score of healthy lifestyle before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups And the incidence of precocious puberty.Results After the intervention,the family members’knowledge of precocious puberty in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The children’s score of healthy life style in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in precocious puberty(P>0.05).Conclusion Through the intervention of children's health care and healthy life style,the awareness of children's early puberty related knowledge was significantly improved,which effectively prevented the occurrence of early puberty events,and provided reliable basis for the prevention and treatment of early puberty.
