患者缺乏责任意识是医患关系紧张的原因之一。随着医学模式的转变,患者地位不断提升。人们对医患关系的认识相应地从当初以医生为中心的“主体-客体”模式转变为二者并重的“主体-主体”模式。良好的治疗效果、和谐的医患关系不能仅依赖医务工作者的单方面努力。患者需要了解当下医学的不确定性与局限性,以理性的心态面对疾病与死亡;理解医患关系的法律与经济层面,合理表达诉求;认识自身的主观能动性与提供真实信息的责任,与医生一同为健康而努力。提高患者的责任意识需要学校、医院、社区、媒体在进行健康教育的过程中渗透合理的患者责任观。

Patients'lack of sense of responsibility is one of the reasons for the tension between doctors and patients.With the change of medical model,the status of patients is constantly improving.People's understanding of doctor-patient relationship has changed from a doctor-centered"subjectobject"model to an equally important"subject-subject"model.Good therapeutic effect and harmonious doctor-patient relationship can not depend on the unilateral efforts of medical workers.Patients have a need to understand the uncertainties and limitations of current medicine,and to face illness and death with a rational mindset;understand the legal and economic aspects of the doctor-patient relationship,express their demands in a reasonable way;recognize patient initiative and responsibility to provide truthful information,strive for health with doctor.Improving the patient's sense of responsibility requires schools,hospitals,communities,and the media establish a sound sense of patient responsibility in the process of health education.
