摘要
随着我国医疗服务体系的不断改革,医院之间的竞争愈发激烈,人力资源作为医院保持核心竞争优势的宝贵资源,与医院的发展密切相关,加强医院人力资源危机管理也逐渐受到医院管理者的重视,人力资源管理作为医院管理工作中重要的组成部分,当发生人员短缺、人才流失、工作人员职业倦怠等人力资源危机且无法及时有效防御时,对医院的整体医疗水平和综合竞争力会造成一定程度的影响。正视人力资源的重要性,结合医院实际加强人力资源管理,避免人力资源危机的出现是本文讨论的重点。文章通过分析国内外医院人力资源危机管理现状,探索医院人力资源危机管理策略。
Along with our country medical service system reform unceasingly,the increasingly fierce competition among hospitals,human resources as the hospital competitive advantages of precious resources,the development of hospital is closely related to the level of human resources,strengthen the hospital human resources crisis management also gradually to the attention of the hospital managers,human resource management as an important part of hospital management,when a staff shortages,brain drain,the staff job burnout and other human resources crisis and failing to timely and effective defense,the whole medical level and the comprehensive competitiveness of hospital can cause a certain degree of influence.The emphasis of this paper is to face up to the importance of human resources,strengthen the management of human resources and avoid the emergence of human resources crisis.By analyzing the present situation of hospital human resource crisis management,this paper explores the strategies of hospital human resource crisis management.
