颈部肌肉等长收缩训练对内固定术后颈部活动功能的影响

The Effect of Neck Muscle Isometric Contraction Training on Neck Movement After Internal Fixation

目的探讨分析颈部肌肉等长收缩训练对颈椎内固定术后患者颈部活动功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月-2019年5月64例颈椎内固定术后患者为对象,按治疗方式分为观察组和对照组,每组32例,对照组给予常规康复治疗,观察组给予颈部肌肉等长收缩训练,比较两组干预后颈椎活动度,比较干预前后VAS评分、NDI评分及MBI评分。结果干预后两组颈椎活动度均有所改善,观察组颈椎活动度改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05),干预后观察组VAS评分、NDI评分低于对照组,MBI指数评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈部肌肉等长收缩训练能显著改善颈部活动功能,有效缓解疼痛程度,提高日常生活能力。

Objective To explore the effect of neck muscle isometric contraction training on cervical motor function after cervical internal fixation.Methods From May 2018 to May 2019,64 patients with cervical internal fixation were selected as the objects.According to the treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was given isometric contraction training of cervical muscles.The cervical activity after the intervention was compared between the two groups,and the VAS score,NDI score and MBI score before and after the intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the activity of cervical vertebrae in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the VAS score and NDI score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the MBI index score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Neck muscle isometric contraction training can significantly improve the neck movement function,effectively relieve the pain,improve the ability of daily life.
