微创保胆取石术在老年胆结石患者中的效果及生活质量评价

Evaluation of the Effect and Quality of Life of Minimally Invasive Cholelithiasis

目的分析微创保胆取石术在老年胆结石患者中的疗效以及对生活质量的影响。方法将医院2016年12月-2019年12月收治的100例胆结石患者纳入至本次研究,依照数字随机表法将其分为对照组(50例)与观察组(50例),对照组给予常规开腹保胆取石术,观察组则行微创保胆取石术治疗,术后比较两组患者治疗效果,观察生活质量改善情况。结果对照组患者手术时间、切口长度、下床活动时间以及住院时间长于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组生活质量评分低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在老年胆结石患者治疗时,采用微创保胆取石术的临床效果较好,可显著提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of minimally invasive gallstone extraction in elderly patients with gallstones and the effect on quality of life.Methods 100 patients with gallstones treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were included in this study.They were divided into control group(50 cases)and observation group(50 cases)according to the digital random table method.The control group was given conventional open gallbladder stone removal,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive gallbladder stone removal.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared after operation to observe the improvement of quality of life.Results The operation time,incision length,and hospital stay were longer in the control group than in the observation group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the control group was lower than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly gallstone patients,minimally invasive gallbladder stone removal has better clinical results,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and is worth promoting in clinical treatment.
