布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的疗效

Efficacy of Budesonide Combined With Salbutamol in the Treatment of Acute Attack of Bronchial Asthma

目的探讨对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者应用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗的临床疗效及炎症因子的影响。方法将2017年3月-2019年2月我院收治的79例支气管哮喘急性发作期患者纳入本研究,将其按照随机数字表法分为两组,其中对照组(39例)给予常规治疗加用沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗,研究组(40例)在对照组基础上联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,两组均治疗两个疗程,比较两组的临床疗效、主要临床体征消失时间、肺功能指标改善情况及血清炎性因子水平的变化情况。结果两个疗程结束后,研究组的临床疗效总有效率明显较对照组更高(P<0.05);研究组患者在哮鸣音、咳嗽、气促、胸闷方面的临床体征的消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);肺功能指标FVC、FEV1、PEF均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);血清炎性因子TNF-α、CRP、IL-8、IL-6的水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者应用布地奈德联合沙丁胺醇雾化吸入治疗效果确切,可有效改善患者的临床体征和肺功能,降低血清炎性因子水平,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of aerosolized inhalation of budesonide and salbutamol on the clinical efficacy and inflammatory factors in patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma.Methods 79 patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from March 2017 to February 2019 were included in the study and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(39 cases)was given routine treatment plus with salbutamol aerosol inhalation therapy,the study group(40 cases)was combined with budesonide atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for two courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,the disappearance of major clinical signs,the improvement of lung function,and the change of serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results After the end of two courses of treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the disappearance time of the clinical signs such as wheezing,cough,shortness of breath and chest tightness was significantly shorter in the study group(P<0.05).In the study group,FVC,FEV1,and PEF in the lung function were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum inflammatory factors TNF-α,CRP,IL-8,and IL-6 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with salbutamol aerosol inhalation treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma is accurate,can effectively improve the patient's clinical signs and lung function,reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,has a certain clinical application value.
