摘要 目的探讨DR(Digital Radiography)及PACS(PictureArchiving Communication System)系统在医院放射科的应用效果。方法选取2018年6月-2019年6月来我院放射科检查4000例患者的影像照片作为研究对象,根据是否使用DR及PACS系统进行分组,对照组(n=1400)与试验组(n=2600),对照组患者未使用DR及PACS系统,试验组患者使用DR及PACS系统,对比两组影像照片质量,对比使用DR及PACS系统前后放射科业务支出收入情况以及耗材情况。结果试验组患者,影像照片质量显著高于对照组患者,P<0.05具有统计学意义。试验组放射科业务收入显著高于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义。试验组放射科耗材显著低于对照组,P<0.05具有统计学意义。结论放射科应用DR及PACS系统使图像储存更方面快捷,可以有效提高放射科工作效率以及诊断水平,对提高医院管理水平以及服务质量有重要作用。 Objective To explore the application effects of DR(Digital Radiography)and PACS(PictureArchiving Communication System)systems in hospital radiology departments.Methods The imaging pictures of 4000 patients who came to our radiology department from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were grouped according to whether DR and PACS systems were used,with 1400 in the control group and 2600 in the test group).The patients in the control group did not use DR and PACS systems.The patients in the test group used DR and PACS systems.The quality of the two groups of images was compared.Results In the test group,the quality of the images was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The income of the radiology service in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Radiological consumables in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The application of DR and PACS system in radiology department can make the image storage faster and more effective.It can effectively improve the radiology department's work efficiency and diagnosis level,and it has an important effect on improving the hospital management level and service quality.
