细节护理干预对小儿静脉留置针价值分析

Analysis on the Value of Detail Nursing Intervention for Fixation of Intravenous Indwelling Needle in Children

目的分析细节护理干预对小儿静脉留置针使用的价值。方法选取本院2016年1月-2018年1月收治的静脉留置针固定的患儿100例,采用双盲法将其分成常规组与细节组,每组50例,分别接受常规护理干预及细节护理干预。比较两组一般指标、护理满意度、并发症和不良事件及静脉炎分级。结果细节组患儿留置针固定时间、住院时间少于常规组(P<0.05),护理费用多于常规组(P<0.05)。两组护理满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节组患儿并发症和不良事件发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。两组患儿静脉炎分级比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节组0级比高于常规组,Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级比低于常规组。结论细节护理干预可明显减少患儿静脉留置针固定并发症和不良事件,预防静脉炎,减少住院时间。

Objective To analyze the value of detail nursing intervention in the use of intravenous indwelling needle in children.Methods From January 2016 to January 2018,100 cases of children with intravenous catheter fixation in our hospital were selected,and they were divided into the routine group and the detail group by double-blind method,with 50 cases in each group receiving routine nursing intervention and detail nursing intervention respectively.General indicators,nursing satisfaction,complications and adverse events and classification of phlebitis were compared between the two groups.Results The length of fixation time and hospital stay of the detail group were less than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the nursing cost was more than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The difference of nursing satisfaction between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and adverse events in the detail group was lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups in the classification of phlebitis(P<0.05).Detail level 0 is higher than normal group,Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲratio is lower than the conventional group.Conclusion The detailed nursing intervention can obviously reduce the complications and adverse events of intravenous catheter fixation in children,prevent phlebitis and reduce the length of hospital stay.
