综合护理应用于骨科患者术后镇痛中的价值

The Value of Comprehensive Nursing in Postoperative Analgesia for Orthopedic Patients

目的探讨综合护理应用于骨科患者术后镇痛中的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月-2018年11月收治的74例骨科患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为两组,其中对照组(37例)给予常规护理,观察组(37例)给予综合护理干预,且对两组患者的术后1 h、术后4 h、术后24 h及术后72 h疼痛评分、并发症发生率(尿潴留、导管脱出、出血进行观察及评估。结果观察组术后1 h、术后4 h、术后24 h及术后72 h疼痛评分均低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论综合护理应用于骨科患者术后镇痛中具有较高的临床价值,有利于减轻患者术后疼痛感及降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the clinical value of comprehensive nursing in postoperative analgesia in orthopedic patients.Methods 74 orthopedic patients admitted from April 2018 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number method.The control group(37 cases)received routine nursing and the observation group(37 cases)gave comprehensive analysis.Nursing intervention,and the pain score and complication rate(urinary retention,catheter prolapse,hemorrhage)were observed and evaluated at 1 h,4 h,24 h and 72 h after operation.Results Observation group The pain scores of 1 h,4 h after operation,24 h after operation and 72 h after operation were lower than the control group,P<0.05.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing is applied to orthopedic patients after operation It has a high clinical value in analgesia,which is beneficial to alleviate postoperative pain and reduce the incidence of complications.
