Dietary Intervention and Psychological Intervention Effect in Patients With Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的了解肺结核患者护理中饮食干预及心理干预的实施。方法将本院2018年1月-2018年12月的62例肺结核患者,随机分组,普通护理服务组给予普通护理,常规护理联合饮食干预及心理干预组进行了常规护理联合饮食干预及心理干预。比较两组满意情况;抗结核药服药遵医行为评分、饮食遵医行为评分、自我情绪调节行为评分;护理前后心理情绪状况、机体免疫力指标、生活质量指标;并发症发生率。结果护理后,常规护理联合饮食干预及心理干预组满意情况、心理情绪状况、机体免疫力指标、生活质量指标、抗结核药服药遵医行为评分、饮食遵医行为评分、自我情绪调节行为评分、并发症发生率对比普通护理服务组有优势,P<0.05。结论肺结核患者实施常规护理联合饮食干预及心理干预效果确切,可有效提高患者的遵医行为,更好调节其负面情绪和改善免疫功能和生存质量。

Objective To understand the implementation of dietary intervention and psychological intervention in the nursing of tuberculosis patients.Methods 62 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The general nursing service group was given general nursing,the routine nursing combined with dietary intervention and psychological intervention group was given routine nursing combined with dietary intervention and psychological intervention.Comparing the satisfaction of the two groups,the compliance behavior score of anti-tuberculosis drugs,dietary compliance behavior score,self-regulation behavior score,psychological and emotional status,immunity index,quality of life index before and after nursing,and the incidence of complications.Results After care,compared with the general nursing service group,the routine nursing combined with dietary intervention and psychological intervention group had advantages in satisfaction,psychological and emotional status,immunity index,quality of life index,anti-tuberculosis medicine compliance behavior score,dietary compliance behavior score,self-emotion regulation behavior score and complication rate,P<0.05.Conclusion The effect of routine nursing combined with dietary intervention and psychological intervention on pulmonary tuberculosis patients is exact,which can effectively improve their compliance behavior,better regulate their negative emotions and improve their immune function and quality of life.
