基于Delphi法的护士处方权内容的研究

Research on the Content of the Prescription Right of Nurses Based on Delphi Method

目的探讨护士处方权的内容,为相关决策提供参考。方法运用Delphi法对39名医疗护理专家和医政管理专家进行两轮问卷函询,对函询结果进行统计、分析。结果两轮专家函询问卷的有效回收率分别为91.1%和95.1%;函询的专家涉及护理、医疗、医政管理3个领域,分布在全国18个省市,具有较好的专家代表性和地区代表性,专家的权威系数为0.858;确定了护理干预处方27个,检查处方15个,医疗器械处方21个,药物处方35个。结论参与函询的多数专家对护士处方权呈支持态度,专家权威程度高,函询结果可靠。

Objective Discuss the content of the prescription right of nurses and provide references for relevant decision-making.Methods Using Delphi method to 39 medical care experts and medical administration experts for two rounds of questionnaires.Making statistics and analysis on the result of correspondence inquiry.Results The effective recoveries of the two rounds of expert correspondence questionnaires were 91.1%and 95.1%respectively.The experts consulted by questionnaire cover three fields:nursing,medical treatment and medical administration,and are distributed in 18 provinces and cities in China,with good expert representation and regional representation.The authority coefficient of experts is 0.858.27 nursing intervention prescriptions,15 examination prescriptions,21 medical device prescriptions and 35 drug prescriptions were identified.Conclusion Most of the experts who participated in the questionnaire consultation were supportive of the prescription right of nurses,with high degree of expert authority.The results of the questionnaire consultation were reliable.
