国土空间规划背景下村庄规划设计研究——以福州市芙蓉村为例

Research on village planning and design under the background of land and space planning-to-fufu village as an example

基于《关于建立国土空间规划体系并监督实施的若干意见》,分析法通过对福州芙蓉村的规划现状分析,结合《福州市晋安区寿山乡芙蓉村村庄规划(2019-2035)》,分别从“三区”和“三线”入手,对芙蓉村的空间土地的规划进行了探索与研究,最终发现只有严格遵照“三区三线”的规划原则,才能规划出生态和谐的美丽村庄,希望可以对类似的乡村规划起到指引作用。

Based on"some opinions on establishing land and space planning system and supervising implementation",this paper explores and studies the planning of space land of Furong Village by analyzing the planning status of Furong Village in Fuzhou by case analysis,and combining with"Building Village Planning of Furong Village in Shoushan Township,Jin'an District,Fuzhou City(2019-2035),starting from"three districts"and"three lines"respectively,and finally finds that only by strictly following the planning principle of"three districts and three lines"can we plan a beautiful village with ecological harmony,hoping to play a guiding role in similar rural planning.
