摘要
装配式钢结构是目前国家积极推广的形式之一,但现阶段其标准化、模数化的程度仍存在一些需要改进之处。从装配式钢结构的深化设计和围护体系、现场施工控制等3个方面进行分析,探讨其存在的一些不足之处。在深化设计阶段由于各专业之间沟通不足导致预埋件的位置不准确、自承式钢筋桁架楼承板的深化排布不精细导致现场切割等问题。最后,针对存在的问题,提出相应的改进措施。
At present,the fabricated steel structure is one of the most popular steel structures in China,but there are still some problems to be solved in its standardization and modularization.This paper analyzes the deepening design and enclosure system of the fabricated steel structure,and the site construction control,and probes into some of its shortcomings.In the deepening design stage,the inaccuracy of embedded parts and the inexact layout of the self-supporting steel truss floor slab lead to the cutting and so on.Finally,due to the existing problems,some improvement measures are put forward.
