摘要
随着社会经济发展,城市土地愈发紧缺,地下管廊建设被推广运用,但沿海软土地区综合管廊基坑支护造价较高,常常为人诟病,导致管廊的推广受阻。基于此,以东南沿海软土地区管廊基坑支护工程项目实例,立足节省造价探究如何在软土地区和周边环境复杂等条件下,优化管廊基坑支护设计。研究认为,该类地区的管廊建设很大部分费用是,基坑支护及软基处理费用,因此,要削减该类地区管廊造价,首先要优化其支护设计方案,其次要提升各专业配合度,唯此才能进一步促进该类地区的管廊推广运用。
With the social and economic development,urban land is becoming scarcer and utility tunnel construction is popularized.However,the cost of supporting the foundation pit of utility tunnel at coastal soft soil areas is relatively high and is often criticized by people,which leads to the obstruction of the promotion of pipe corridors.Based on this,taking the example of the utility tunnel foundation pit support project in the soft soil area of the southeast coast,and based on the cost savings,we explored how to optimize the design of the utility tunnel foundation pit under the conditions of the soft soil area and the complicated surrounding environment.The study believes that a large part of the cost of utility tunnel construction in such areas is the cost of foundation pit support and soft foundation treatment.Therefore,to reduce the cost of utility tunnel in this type area,first of all,it is necessary to optimize its support design,and secondly,to improve each professional cooperation,only by doing this can further promote the use of utility tunnel in such areas.
