开放式创新平台如何赋能--基于海尔集团HOPE平台的探索性案例研究

How to Enable an Open Innovation Platform--Exploratory Case Study Based on Haier Group’s HOPE Platform

物联网时代需要充分利用网络资源,搜寻并获取有用的信息、技术、人才等,而开放式创新是一个很好获取资源方式的途径。通过研究海尔集团的开放式创新平台-HOPE平台,进一步阐述开放式创新给企业赋能的方式,HOPE平台主要通过与研发体系的协同、跟用户的交互过程中得到创新源、逐步促使创新能力的提升、进行颠覆性创新等方面赋能企业,帮助其快速成长与发展。同时也指出了开放式创新面临的问题,如开放程度控制、信息的分类处理等,并在此基础上给出了若干建议,借此希望能对实施开放式创新的企业有所帮助。

In the era of Internet of Things, it is necessary to make full use of network resources to search for and obtain useful information, technology, talents, etc., and open innovation is a good way to obtain re-sources. By studying the open innovation platform hope platform of Haier Group, this paper further expounds the ways of enabling enterprises with open innovation. Hope platform mainly enables enterprises to grow and develop rapidly by cooperating with R & D system, getting innovation sources in the process of interaction with users, gradually promoting innovation ability and carrying out disruptive innovation. At the same time,it also points out the problems faced by open innovation, such as the degree of openness control, the classi-fication of information processing and so on. On this basis, it gives some suggestions, hoping to be helpful to the enterprises implementing open innovation.
