基于三五结构数据的现代产业体系国际竞争力评价与动力解析

The Evaluation and Dynamic Analysis of International Competitiveness in Modern Industrial System based on "Three Five Data"

在"粤港澳大湾区"建设背景以及"一带一路"、"供给侧改革"等倡议和战略下,中国制造业城市面临向先进制造业强市升级,经济由粗放向高质量发展,而其现代产业体系在激烈竞争,错综复杂的国际贸易和经济中,是否具有国际竞争力并如何提高,还需要进一步的探索。本文试图对制造业城市现代产业体系的国际竞争力进行评价,文中建立了一套包含开放性、竞争性、创新性、融合性、聚集性五个维度18个指标的评价体系,并运用熵值法对照佛山、东莞、宁波、南京、无锡五个城市2013-2017共五年的"三五"数据进行计算,分析其现代产业体系的发展现状。通过维度均值系统聚类分析进一步发掘提升我国制造业城市现代产业体系国际竞争力的动力,并将五个城市进行分类:产业基础带动型--佛山、宁波;融合技术拉动型--无锡;贸易开放推动型--东莞;科研服务促动型--南京。

Based on the "guangdong, hk &Macao large bay" construction background and "One Belt And One Road" and reform of the "supply side" initiative and strategy, China’s manufacturing cities face advanced manufacture upgrading.Economic development urge prodction reform from extensive to high quality.Now modern industry system in the fierce competition,due to the complexity of the international trade and economy.Therefore how to improve the international competitiveness of mordent industrial system needs further exploring. This article attempts to to evaluate the international competitiveness of modern industry system in manufacturing cities, and estab-lish an evaluation system consisted of open, competitive, innovation, integration, innovation,which five di-mensions gathering 18 indicators.Entropy value method is used to contrast data from five cities in China in-cluding Foshan, Dongguan, Ningbo, Nanjing and Wuxi in five years from 2013-2017.Therefore a "3 of 5" data which means data from five cities in five years and measuring by 5 dimensions is formed to analysis of the cur-rent situation of the development of modern industry system. In the end of the article,through the clustering analysis, the further exploration reveal the driving forces to improve the international competitiveness of the modern industrial system of China’s manufacturing cities:industrial base driven: Foshan, Ningbo;Integrated technology driven:Wuxi;Trade opening driven:Dongguan;Scientific research and service driven: Nanjing.
