摘要
本文从股权激励方案设计要素角度出发,选择2005-2018年实行了股权激励的上市公司为样本,提取了激励方案中激励程度、行权有效期、激励类型、预留股份、行权价格五个设计要素实证研究对公司绩效的影响。为上市公司在设计激励要素时提供一定建议与思路。
From the perspective of design elements of equity incentive schemes, this paper selected listed companies that implemented equity incentive schemes from 2005 to 2018 as samples, and extracted the impact of five design elements of incentive schemes on corporate performance:incentive degree,exercise period, incen-tive type, reserved shares and exercise price. For the listed companies in the design of incentive elements to provide some Suggestions and ideas.
