在新时代,优化人才结构、培养高素质的人才队伍是公路行业可持续发展的重要保障。甘肃公路系统人才队伍虽然结构逐步改善,但随着建设交通强国战略的实施,人才队伍建设已不能很好适应公路事业率先发展的需要。本文对甘肃公路行业人才队伍建设的重要意义、现状及存在的主要问题、解决措施进行研究探讨,以期为公路行业人才队伍建设提供一些有益借鉴。

In the new era, optimizing talent structure and training high-quality talent team are the impor-tant guarantee for the sustainable development of highway industry. Although the structure of Gansu highway system talent team has been gradually improved, with the implementation of the strategy of building a powerful transportation country, the construction of talent team has not been able to meet the needs of the first devel-opment of highway industry. This paper discusses the significance, current situation, existing problems and solutions of the construction of the highway industry talent team in Gansu Province, in order to provide some useful reference for the construction of the highway industry talent team.
