高校大学生参与农村基层社会治理路径研究--以浙江财经大学东方学院为例

"社会治理"作为一种新的执政理念在党的十八届三中全会上第一次提出,意味着我们党的执政理念有了新的变化。要实现社会治理体系现代化的目标,提高农村基层社会治理水平是目前的关键环节,大学生参与农村社会治理是全面建成小康社会的需要,是加强高校思想政治教育的途径,是实现大学生全面发展的重要途径,但是大学生参与基层社会治理面临着大学生实践动手能力差,参与基层社会治理机制不健全,参与农村基层社会治理形式单一等问题,因此要建立党委政府主导,高校搭建平台,大学生积极参与的机制,发挥大学生的智力优势,为农村基层社会治理服务。

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China first puts forward the concept of "social management". It marked the new change of our party’s ruling concept. Rural grassroots social governance is the weak link of modernization of social governance system in our country.College students’ participation in rural social governance is the need to finish building a moderately prosperous society in all respects. It’s the way to strengthen ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Also it’s an important way to realize the all-round development of college students. However, college students’ participation in grassroots social governance is confronted with such problems as poor practical ability of college students, imperfect social governance mechanism at grassroots level, and single form of social governance at grassroots level in rural areas. So it’s necessary to establish a mechanism of party committee and government leading, university building platform and active participation of college students so as to give full play to their intellectual advantages and serve for the social governance of rural communities.
