摘要
现代学徒制对学校来说是办学模式,对专业来说是人才培养模式,对教师来说是教学模式,对学生来说是学习模式。现代学徒制人才培养模式是基于工作过程系统化等教育教学理论的有效运用。现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的过程中,为了提高专业人才培养方案的可操作性,必须首先解决学生怎么学,教师怎么教,学生如何管理,教学质量如何评价等实际问题,以创新现代学徒制人才培养方案。
Modern apprenticeship system,for a school it is a mode of running a school, for a major it is a mode of cultivating talents, for teachers it is a mode of teaching and for students it is also a mode of learning. The training mode of modern apprenticeship talents is based on the effective application of educational and teaching theories such as systematization of work process. In the process of reforming the training mode of modern apprenticeship system, in order to improve the maneuverability of the training scheme of professional talents, we should first solve the practical problems such as how to learn, how to teach, how to manage students, and how to evaluate the teaching quality, so as to innovate the training scheme of modern apprenticeship talents.
